CROSSFIT INTRODUCTORY COURSES
No Experience Necessary!
Our CrossFit Introduction is a six-session instruction program done one-on-one (or in a small group) with a coach. We show you how to do the movements correctly to prevent injury and provide guidance to scale CrossFit workouts to provide adequate challenge. Our coaches will also help you know when it is time to increase the intensity of your workout so that you keep getting stronger, faster, better.
This course is NOT required, but we highly recommend it! It's the perfect way to ease into your new favorite community.
